Domains are charged for a fixed period, a charge which includes the renewal fee.
We do not charge for cancellations, changes of registration or transfers from or to another service provider.
When a domain is coming up for renewal we will email the contact of the account before the domain name is due to expire, to ensure time is given to evaluate if the domain name needs to be renewed.
Should you wish to renew the domain name, simply reply to one of the emails confirming you wish to renew, and pay the required fee.
If you do not wish to renew the domain name please reply to the email stating you wish to cancel it.
If you do not respond, there is a 30 day protected period. After this, your domain may be suspended during a further 60 day grace period. If you change your mind and want to retain your domain name, you still can, and at the original renewal price. This must be requested by email before the 80th day after your domain has expired. After 90 days your domain may be cancelled and deleted from the register, and made available for resale. We will not be able to guarantee the renewal of a domain name after this happens.
